Last night was Alex’s housewarming party … which involved a babysitter, some champagne and lots of laughter. I had heaps of fun … I really should get out more!
Here is the card that I made …

And I framed this photo that I took at their old house just a few weeks before they moved.

And a little something for Alex, my very talented friend.

I love this New York stamp! I bought it recently at a Kaszazz party … becasue I really want to visit New York … soon!!! My mum’s friend Lyn has just returned from a visit to New York and is celebrating her birthday … Happy Birthday Lyn!!
A perfect excuse to make a card, and I really wanted to play with some black embossing powder … love it!

My Stampin’ Up! team {Alex, Denise, Jacinda, Nicole, Erin and Kristen} have decided to put together a fundraiser to raise money for the fabulous organisation
“SIDS and Kids is dedicated to saving the lives of babies and children during pregnancy, birth, infancy and childhood and to supporting bereaved families.”
This organisation is quite Close to our hearts because two of our team members have been affected by stillbirth. You can read about Jacinda and Erin’s story on the attached flyer.

We would love for you to come along and have some fun and help raise some money!
with Kelly Rae Roberts ..

I recently bought this book and I’ve produced this piece. I reworked an old canvas that wasn’t working for me and now I really like it.

I love Stampin’ Up!’s dazzling diamonds, and it’s been a while since I’ve played with it. So for today’s workshop, with my lovely hostess Jan, we dazzled the beautiful butterfly from the Great Friend set and made a very feminine birthday card.

And we made one for the men too … using Lovely As A Tree.

I made this canvas for my grandmother’s birthday … and I really love it!

I put this card together last night with some leftover bits and pieces … and although it’s a bit uneven, I still think it’s cute!

The Arty Chokes (social art group) met again last night. So much fun .. and this month our model was a girl .. yay! And I am so much happier with the result this month …

I didn’t share my image from last month because I didn’t really like it. But now I think it’s ok.
